MEMBERS
   The most important people in our organization are our members - the future of  our community and our country.  The guidance our professional staff provides our teens is an essential component of the Teen Center's program as only 18% of our members live in two-parent households.  83% of our participants don't have access to the Internet at home and rely on the Center's computers for research and homework.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
A dedicated group of community leaders makes up the Watertown Teen Center's Board of Directors. The Board is responsible for the governance of the Center.
STAFF
Our Acting Director, Gloria, is responsible for the management of the Teen Center.  She is assisted by part-time youth development professionals, college interns, and community volunteers.  Former Director Jessica Ruff (left) is shown here with board president Deborah Cavallario presenting local attorney George Mead with the WTC's "Dedication to Youth" Award.
